Lautenbach’s Orchard Country Winery & Market will host its 5th Annual Winter Wine and Cherry Fest on Saturday, Feb. 6 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Lautenbach’s Orchard Country Winery & Market is located at 9197 Highway 42 in Fish Creek.

The winter festival will include horse-drawn sleigh rides through beautiful orchards in addition to wine and product tasting. The festival will feature popular tart Montmorency cherry in celebration of National Cherry Month, homemade soup, bread and an assortment of bakery goods.

One of the festival's more interesting activites will be the annual cherry pit spit competition. The competition will begin at 1:30 p.m. It is open to all ages.

In addition to these events, there will be free trolley rides, painting of wine glasses and bottles, and a performance by popular local duo Ben There Dan from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
