Join Jackie Johnson of the Fox Valley Herb Society at the Gardens to learn all about chocolate. Just in time for Valentine's Day, the workshop will take place Feb. 11 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

You will learn about chocolate inside and outside the Gardens. The cocoa plant has a history as an aphrodisiac, food, medicine and currency. The workshop will trace the cocoa bean from America to across the globe. Chocolate flavored and colored plants for the gardener will be discussed.

Register for the workshop today by calling the Gardens at (920) 993-1900 or online at www.gardensfoxcities.org. The cost is $12 for Friends of the Gardens and $20 for the general public.

Registration ends Feb. 5. If you would like more information or a calendar of events, visit the Garden's website.
