Celebrate the coming of spring at Bubolz Nature Preserve, 4815 N. Lynndale Drive, Appleton, with the annual Maple Syrup Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 21.

See how sap is made into syrup and enjoy maple syrup on ice cream. The cost is $10 for families, $3 for adults and $2 for seniors and students.
