Women magazine would like to highlight the efforts and accopmplishments of area chiropractors through its Women Who Inspire feature. Today we feature Dr. Sarah Kiger, D.C.: What made you become a chiropractor? My father is an amazing chiropractor, so ever since I was little I have always wanted to follow in his footsteps. I grew up with chiropractic in my life and I watched my father help so many people. If you could change one thing about your job, what would it be? There is not much I would want to change. I love my job. What is the best part of your job? Helping so many people get well naturally. It is truly an exciting and rewarding profession. Do you have tips for people who want to get rid of aches and pains? Get moving! Exercise can help posture and biomechanics, relieve stress, and release natural painkillers called endorphins.
