The Fox Cities Chapter of Women in Management is seeking entries for the Woman Manager of the Year Award.

All woman managers working in the Fox Cities are eligible for this award. The Woman Manager of the Year Award honors a woman who has made exemplary contributions to her company, employees and community.

Past award winners include: Patricia Van Ryzin – Bassett Mechanical (2009), Nancy Bongert – Neenah Foundry (2008), Dr. Susan May, Fox Valley Technical College (2007); Sharon Hulce, Employment Resource (2006); Lisa Powers, Career Options (2005); and Judith Olson, Child Care Resource and Referral Center (2004).

Women in Management, which focuses on the professional development of women, celebrates the award's 27th anniversary this year. The 2010 winner will be announced at the luncheon on April 14, 2010.

Women in Management- Fox Cities Chapter, is an organization whose purpose is to further the professional development of women currently employed in established careers at the management level. The Fox Cities Chapter meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, from 11:30am – 1:00 pm, at Michaels, Appleton, WI. The group supports higher standards and seeks to increase status, authority and influence of managerial and entrepreneurial women.
